Sol Gelato: Goodbye 290 Days of Being Cocoa-Free

I made sure I didn't eat chocolate for 290 days. It took me the whole year of constantly giving the temptation up. I was fine that I wasn't gonna taste 12 towering scoops of Sol Gelato. I made a request to separate one non-chocolate flavor for me. I was fine with Mascarpone gelato.


Then it came, my Mascarpone gelato, all white and free of chocolate like I told the waitress.


I dig in and I bite into white chocolate flakes. There were alarm bells. I was sure these were white chocolate flakes in all my expertise and I countered the thought with "maybe not". I continued eating, hating and loving it at the same time. I couldn't believe I gave in to a perfect scoop of Mascarpone Gelato Filled with Hidden White Chocolate Flakes. I should have been told. She should have been informed. I told her specifically. I could die if it was really bad. And as always, nothing happened to me. I let myself continue munching on an old favorite and I broke my word. I missed it and my humanity. I only have one life and I create it. Let me love, let go, enjoy, move on and create something again instead of being consumed by hate and mourning with the loss of something starting today.

    Sorry we forgot to indicate that we use white chocolate for the mascarpone cheese gelato decoration ;) We will make it up to you ! if you want let us set up a gelato making activity for you and a few friends ! You guys will experience crating gelato first hand :) of course recommended flavor would be chocolate ;)
