Marriott Manila Knows How to Party

This month, we partied with Marriott Manila as they welcome their New GM Mr. Scott Sibley. This is the first time we stayed in an event that long and most of the credit goes to the lovely food and entertainment brought in from Bar 360 of (Marriott Manila neighbor) Resorts World Manila.

I wasn't too keen on the Lights! Camera! Action! performance but it was different. It's like a Las Vegas show with tall Russians and Belarus dancers come out in costumes while the local artists (and much shorter) sing. I was busy admiring the food selection and presentation. There were these Dumplings in steam baskets then you pour broth and add your own condiment picks to make it into a Soup!

There's a big California maki station with a whole big tuna slab,

Fish chips with all kinds of dips,

and different flavored Macaroons in a Tree!

Finally, there was the superb performance by The Drivers (all-guy band), resident performers at Bar 360 and the guests sang with a healthy mix of the hits of the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and modern songs.

We were all awestruck when All Out of Love was played, as well as hits like Leaving on a Jetplane, More Today than Yesterday and I Will Always Love You (Whitney Houston version).

I like my parties to be this way, with couches and all, in a large ballroom, not too overcrowded, no smoking inside and with music that I (together with old and young people) will sing and dance to (at the same time). You might want to consider Marriott Manila for your party needs.
